Sante Adairius Rustic Ales – Capitola, CA

There’s a (sort of) new brewery in town called Sante Adairius Rustic Ales (SARA). Lots of cool things going on here, especially with their 831 IPA. Bold, clean, hoppy. Pros: Extremely dog-friendly.
